I have started working on a chrome extension to allow me to keep notes around the web and have them pop up at that place again and have them available there itself. I aim it to behave like your notebook and clipbook around the web and save your time to repeated consumption of time. Saving them for later to be able to read it later is also something I want. Maybe later this note taking can help in summarising the content on web and curating them into tracks.

Started work on this, but need clearer understanding of use case. Will return to this sometime later. This update is almost one and half year too late.
